Rosary with Swarovski and Lapis Lazuli

A finely handmade rosary with Swarovski crystal sandwiched between two Lapis lazuli beads.

Lapis lazuli is a deep blue gemstone and was used by Michelangelo to paint the blue sky on the last judgment in the Sistine Chapel.  Many pictures of Madonna were created using paint from the Lapis Lazuli stone. Unlike all other blue pigments, which tend to pale in light, it has lost none of its radiance to this very day.

This exquisite rosary is the Madonna of rosaries and a jewel to behold.
